Use of EtterxConnect is subject to WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. Customers are responsible for obtaining recipient opt-in.
4. Intellectual property
Website content and EtterxConnect software remain the property of Etterx Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Etterx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
6. Governing law
